Day 1 Itinerary: Oct 8th Wednesday
10.30am - 11.00am
Transport to Araucaria’s home village of Somersham.
11.00AM - 1.00pm
See the house where Araucaria lived, the church where he worshipped and is buried, and the plaque dedicated to his life.
1.00pm - 3.30pm
Have lunch at the village pub at which Araucaria celebrated his 90th birthday, surrounded by friends and celebrities.
3.30pm - 4.00pm
Transport from Somersham to Cambridge
4.00pm (ONWARDS)
Explore Cambridge, the city where Araucaria attended King’s College.
Solve some of Paul’s favourite ‘Araucaria’ puzzles.
EVENING
Spend two nights in a comfortable hotel right in the centre of beautiful Cambridge – breakfast included.
